PC POI name/info needed

So i encountered this poi the other day, which gave me some ideas for a new base. Its actually a type of construction site, there is only the metalwork all around, and at the ground level there is what supposedly is going to be used as a cellar (i think cellar floor is all cement). Unfortunately I had some issues with that map and decided to start a new one but i cant find info regaring this poi anywhere, so i can learn where to look around for. i think i usually spawns at industria area of towns. Also ive had undead legacy mod installed so dunno if its vanilla or UL poi!

 
The closest things that come to mind are:

But I don't think either of them properly match your description.

You can see vanilla POIs in:

Most of them have thumbnails there.

 
Would it be skyscraper_04? It doesn't have a cellar, so I'm guessing not.

try in our custom mods section, in the thread tagged for UL.

maybe the mod creator can help.

Great that you found it; I checked that 10th and while I don't ever recall seeing it in a game, it does look like a decent start for a base :)
