As the current POI light editor-thingy is completely outdated in every manner, I went ahead and made a DMT version, with a huge amount of help from sphereii and Alloc as they guided me through using Harmony.

A18 is not released yet for UK players. You can always test and report back.

I've updated this for A18, but until DMT gets support for A18, I can't test to make sure it's properly working, and there's no point in releasing this if nobody can run DMT in order to use it.
