PC POI / Item mods and inviting friends to join

Hi everyone, I'm new to multiplayer 7Days and am hoping to find out if the mods I have on my usual single player game will be available to friends I invite to join me? or will they need to download and install them too? 

The Mods I have installed are Prefabs, and items. no major overhauls.

If the mods introduce any new visuals (icons, models, textures, ...), your friends need to have them too. They also need the prefabs.

The only thing they do not need are pure XML-changes.

Imho the easiest way is to zip your mod folder and in your case also the prefabs folder, send that zip to your friends and tell them where to extract it.
