PC POI Editor Broken???

Hi up until a19 the prefab editor was fine.  I'd select the area I wanted to edit with the Z key and then hit K to edit.  Well now it seems I can only select the area with Z key but the prefab menu no longer pops up when I hit the K key.  Did they change it or remove it??!!??

It was disabled in normal play.  It can now only be accessed in the prefab/world editor modes now.  It may have been disabled due to world instability issues.

If you are looking for an alternative method for clearing large areas, the block replace tool might be a good alternative.  See video below.
