The POI is cabin_17. This is an interesting video. This POI is built into a bit of a valley so much of it is below ground level. The video makes it look to me like maybe there was some structural integrity issue with the ground, sometimes like what could happen if there's a layer of air under the ground, though I'm not sure that's what happened here.
