Not only did I fall too far to survive, but it never floated down. I tried framing up to get it and a zombie came walking by and destroyed my frames so I died again. This time I made flagstone which lasted long enough for me to reach it.

Point is, jumping from a moving aircraft seems like it shouldn't be a thing.

 
I meant Dayhawk ... Because in this game you have flyers you "access" with "E" too ;) And you can jump off during flight. Or even when you chat and end with an E and press Enter to send the message :distrust:
