If I build a small building for a friend and said friend places her LCB there, will she get the block bonuses despite me having built the small structure? Also, if I place blocks down in her base, will those blocks get the bonuses conferred from the LCB there? I know if I place a chest down she cannot PIN-code it, so she places all of those, but I wasn't sure about normal blocks.

Yeah whoever placed the land claim there will take "ownership" of the blocks in its zone. You can freely swap the land claims if you need to (just have her remove hers and you put one down).
