I want to know. If making money from the game, whether from donations or just direct payments is against ToS. That is all. Thanks 

 
Not a lawyer, nor a pimp, but. Assuming you're making videos and not selling the game files. Basically, yes. TFP owns all your content, but allows you to earn from it thru all normal social media means. Don't break the default twitch integration, that's been a problem for an addon before.

You can also get in trouble by charging for mods, or creating a paywall to access your server, or creating "in-app purchases" on your server. Gameplay and mods are supposed to be free to play although it isn't against the rules to ask for donations but you must still allow full access to all content even for those who don't donate.

Monetizing videos is fine.

 
Make random vague accusations, "can't be bothered with drama" ... you could just file a proper complaint and see what happens. That Could change something, the public forum won't.

 
The EULA covers this pretty well in regards to making money with servers.

VI. SERVER DONATIONS

Anyone who has purchased or has received a gift or press release copy of the game has permission to receive server donations from players. Server owners MAY NOT charge hard currency (tangible money such as cash, credit, bitcoin, or other currency fiat etc. that has monetary value or may be exchanged for money) or soft currency (in game currency that has no monetary value) or in game items. Server owners MAY allow priority access to players that make a donation.

Just asking because we have servers charging £25 a month AND same said servers advertising in the 7D2D discord. Also server owners ain't posting but people on behalf of server owners are...which again is another rule brake. Also people try and get past the pay wall by saying it's donations. It's all so shady...GET THEM ALL BANNED...is this game run by half job pirates? Becauee their coding would suggest so and I'm getting annoyed with it now
