Permanent death or high cost of death

Hi everybody. Who knows how to do this please help.

I want to..

After death, a player was reset level and all perks.

if you know please write in detail how to do this.

I can't find it, but there's a technique to erase all the books when you die.

You can also use the "Erase all" parameter (belt, armor, inventory).

No technique to reset the character, the files are kept in the "player" folder, you have to erase it manually.

If you look in buffs.xml, there's a buff you that is used to control the screen effect when you die. You could probably hack into that the effect of the Fergettin' Elixir to erase your skill allocations. There may be a way to remove book points. You might even be able to directly modify your xp with a pctAdd="-1" to erase all your xp and go back to zero, but I won't swear to that. The control may not exist. However, what I've never heard of is a way to remove the skill points that got refunded by the elixir. So each time you died, you'd get all your points refunded, and start gaining new ones as you re-leveled. Bad.
