Windows permadeath doesn't give 4skillpoints after starter questline NOR find trader quest

-the starter questline normally gives you 4 skillpoints at the end of it, but you don't get those back after you do the questline again after a death in permadeath.

-there's a second related bug, after permadeath - the find trader quest doesn't mark where to find it.

this is a known issue and will be fixed in a future patch.
We had a different user already report this issue.
