There are a bunch of EOS warnings/errors in the logs. Most, but not all, EOS issues are related to the antivirus software blocking connections to EOS. For the host and all players, try creating exclusions in your antivirus software(including Windows Defender) for the game folder and saves folder. Turning off antivirus may not work, you must create exclusions. If you do not know how to do this, look at the pinned topic for instructions for the most popular antivirus programs:

If that does not seem to work, post new logs after the exclusions have been created.
