PayPal to Steam Key

Hey all,

I bought this game 9 years ago via PayPal and  was looking to convert to a Steam Key and play now that the game has matured. I put in a support ticket(#1078) with my activation email about 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back. Anyone know the best way for me to go about getting a Steam Key?
