Oversight : No Modifier Info

Modifier items do not list what tool or weapon they go on, so it took me 15 min to figure out what the fortifying grip went on. The item graphic made it seem like it would go on a bow, as it clearly looks like a bow handle in the image. But nope. It went on the stone axe and it somehow helps the players HP in combat when hurt??? I would never use a stone axe in combat.. so why?.

So... basically, I would like to see modifier items list "Used on X" in their description.
