Overhaul with Perma Death Option?

Is there an Overhaul that contains a perma death option? I have this one separate to a similar post asking for the toughest Overhaul available, but i'd also like to know if there are any SO hard that they include perma death?

 
No, because all permadeth does is send you into a death spiral and break the game, so you'd need to delete the save.

In which case, you're better off just deleting the save when you die. If playing on a server, I believe there are server managers that can be configured to delete a players profile on death (kicks player, bans them, deletes profile, then unbans)
