PC One Should Form One's Own Opinion!

I always played with very easy settings Roland...and with increased loot. I'm not a hardcore player and never pretended to be. I loved resource gathering with mining and farming. The bonus of getting some exp from zombie killing was a bonus when I got bored of gathering. Now it's like everything to do with gathering is nerfed to the point of being grindy and the only viable path is to go after zombies but that also has become grindy and boring.

With the new settings that were added was there a setting to vastly reduce the zombies in POI's ? Settings for POI zombies and random wandering horde frequency would be pretty cool

Madmole said they plan to thin the POI zombie numbers somewhat.

 
that's good. what would also be very cool is settings for it so the game can easily be setup for easy mode people like me and hardcore players. everyone would be happy. win win

 
Someone really should rewrite the whole battle of Helm’s Deep from the Lord of the Rings because one key area in which the movie agrees with the book was that the heroes and the Rohirrim seemed to have important reasons other than xp and loot for defending their base against the assaulting horde. But what could that be?

Imagine if the heroes and the Rohirrim could just walk around the plains and kite their sluggish opponents while being safe and avoiding any casualties, would that battle have ever happened? :p

Clearly they haven’t invented bikes yet, because that would have ended all wars.

Sure. While Legolas had fun kiting hundreds of orcs behind him, the other 10.000 orcs would have overrun defenseless Helms Keep. :cocksure:

Of course. One should form one's own opinion on which ones are trolling and which one's are not.
