One of my players experiencing movement issues. Anyone got any ideas?

One of my server admins now climbs ladders at about 1/10 of the speed of other players since 17 dropped. The sprint key makes no change to speed. When in fly/god mode increasing god speed changes her up/down speed but not her forward momentum speed. Also if the player is running and tries to jump, she does not jump. If she changes the default key from space bar for jump it will work. The jump issue has always been that way for her, but the rest has been since A17. We have been through all the keybind options and cannot seem to find a solution. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any input!

 
If she just noticed it once I would have said she is crouched but if it has been happening for a while am not sure. I know if I try to sprint up a ladder my speed actually slows down

 
yeah ive noticed I slowly climb ladders. And the movement in general is kinda jacked up. The mouse wheel scroll is slow and laggy so switching hotkey items sucks. But the camera movement is quick and a little to responsive. No idea how to fix that issue. Basically my movement is to quick to successfully get up a ladder and when I finally do it takes forever to get up the ladder itself. This was not an issue in 16. making the game really hard to play.

 
Well, a workaround is everyone could enable debug mode thru console and just fly up that thing.

Dont use ladders but rather, an obsticle course thats hard for zombies to accurately jump.

Holding shift on a ladder gives like 15% move speed increase as of A17B221 (You used to be able to sprint up and down ladders)

It sounds like her keyboard is actually crossed/breaking. When she pressin spacebar, its pressing multiple keys- a sign the keyboard is about to turtle.

Could try taking all the keys off touching the space bar plus the space bar and take some Q-Tips and isopropyl alcohol and clean the circuts on the keyboard to try and remove any foreign material that may be crossing the circuitry.

Also try having them use a keyboard that you guys know works and see if that changes anything.

You can press the jump key on ladders and itll cause you to drop off- this is much faster.

Ive absolutely noticed a decrease overall in move speed up ladders.
