On and Off Connectivity on Multiplayer Servers

I am unable to connect to any servers,  sometimes it works and then mostly it doesnt  I get stuck on the Connecting to Server screen and then thats it.  I compared logs of a successful connection and unsuccessful connection and it seems this is at the handshake.  If I get onto my laptop, i have no issues.  My desktop is the trouble one.


PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

I rebooted the modem and router and still nothing
I had no problems joining servers on my desktop computer via Steam.
I traveled and took my laptop so I can game.  I downloaded 7DTD on my laptop and still had no issues.

When I came back to my desktop I can now no longer access any servers when playing
I just get stuck on the "Connecting to Server" screen.  

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still nothing.

I even reboot my modem and router still nothing.

I opened my laptop back up and it works just fine.  It seems like somehow my account wants to only use my laptop and not my desktop anymore.  This is really annoying, I do not know what to try next.
 
Tuesday is Steam maintenance day, so it could be a Steam Authentication issue. Would need logs from both sides to really tell though.

 
I'd try clearing the local saves of your remote games by deleting everything in C:\Users\xSLPR\appdata\roaming\7daystodie\saveslocal.

The server will send you a new copy.
