Not Sure what is going on since A20.4

Really not sure what is going on since A20.4 was released.  I have a server with multiple players and it seems like game is not saving players game stages as they progress.  Most all of us will do quest and building and level up to 8 pts and then a error will pop up several hours into game play and none of the progress is saving.  We come into game 4-8 levels lower than when the error pops up..  We leave game in one area of the map and reload in a totally different area of the map.   Whats going on?????   None of this was happening prior to the upgrades in the new Alpha.  It's very disheartening.  

 
Sounds like a bug. There is a banner at the top of the main page you can click to post your issues in the bug pool. The QA team is wanting server owners to give feedback and bad experiences.

Could you possibly get the bug report page under that "Browse" at the top of the actual forum layout, somehow? The banner is there sporadically, but it's so much of an "error message template" that I always just click it away.

Going through Browse > Articles leads to some kind of an error-reporting-page via a banner there, but could you maybe rename that "Articles" bit, if that's the intended way?

 
Same thing is happening in my game, I'm hosting and so it isn't hitting me, just the other two guys. I put it in the support forum.

Actually the intended way is to click on the + Create button next to your screenname at the top right of the screen. A drop down menu will appear where you can click on "Record in A20 bugs". The banner is just another method and I've never tried using Browse > Articles. That is new to me. :)

Oh; I've missed that completely, learning going on everywhere. :) I didn't click past "Select category" since I don't have anything to report; but even at that point it doesn't seem optimized for a "general public facing input structure". I wouldn't think I'm ever supposed to create a "Confirmed" -status report or probably any but one of the available choices. It doesn't seem exactly a smooth experience...

Oh well, I'm not really complaining, a forum SW isn't intended for bugs and the devs have better things to do; I do get it, sorta :)
