Not Getting Launch the Game From Steam

Hello Games, I recently purchased the game '7 Days to Die' from Steam. But I am having a problem when I am trying to launch the game on PC. I exactly getting this error 

Failed to start process for 7 Days to Die

“The operation was canceled by the user.” (0x4C7)

Has anyone came across such kind of issue before? Please help.....

This is most likely a problem of steam and a failed install operation, not the game.

But while you are here, try the list of fixes in https://ugetfix.com/ask/how-to-fix-the-operation-was-canceled-by-the-user-0x4c7-error-on-steam/

but do NOT use the first solution on that list (running the game as administrator) which is doing more harm than good in the long run. Start with point 2 on the list which has a good chance of removing your problem (even do that twice before moving to the next item on the list).

And don't install any automatic tools listed there, they may be legit but they don't help in your case.

Thank you so much for sharing such an useful guide. But I have already resolved the issue by following the methods which mentioned in the article https://www.thewindowsclub.com/steam-error-0x4c7-the-operation-was-canceled-by-the-user. Mainly I followed 2 important methods from there. First I run the game as an administrator and verified the game files. 

The article which you shared here, they also mentioned the same solutions exactly. Anyway thanks a lot for your support, I will must come here if I faced any other issue related to this game. Support me. Have a good day! :classic_smile:
