PS “NoConnection” Error & Cannot Start Game – Even Offline Mode Unavailable

Hello,

I’m having trouble launching *7 Days to Die* on PlayStation 5.

When I start the game, I get this error:

> “Failed to fully initialize Epic Online Services:
> Unknown error. Please report this on the forums. NoConnection.”

I’ve already tried:
- Restarting the PS5
- Testing my internet connection (it's working fine)
- Updating the game to the latest version
- Verifying my Epic Games and PSN account are properly linked
- Reinstalling the game

PlayStation Support told me to contact The Fun Pimps directly, as they couldn't resolve it on their end.

The biggest problem is:
**I can't even click the 'Play Offline' button.** The game is completely stuck at the error screen.

Could you please advise if there’s a known workaround or fix?

Not really a bug report, this is a support issue. I believe your error states that it is not able to reach EoS. You will need to troubleshoot your internet connection.

I’m having same issue. I’ve troubleshooted my internet connection, deleted and reinstalled the game, ext. really wish i could atleast play offline as well, but the toggle for it is greyed out and won’t let me use that option.
