You know I was gonna call you out on that mod cuz I posted one on page 15 of this same thread. You got all 15 of the same perk codes in there in the same order as mine, but you got 2 perks that I missed so I'll take it as a compliment instead and say thanks for the help.the following modlet let's you craft T6 gear, tools and weapons once specced rank 5 into the desired perk

There is now a new version of my mod with the 2 added perks available here.

lol no I didn't copied your code since I made mine mod back in october already but I just never came around to uploading themAhh, so you did copy my code then. Yeah, I thought it was kinda suspicious with them all being in the same order...lol

That something was made in a factory doesn't say anything about the quality yet. In fact, mass-produced products are optimized for manufacturing costs and not for quality. Handmade products often have a better quality than mass-produced products.I should probably not be able to make a better axe on a shoddy workbench then something that's been machined in a factory.
Yeah. I shouldn't have worded it like that I thinkThat something was made in a factory doesn't say anything about the quality yet. In fact, mass-produced products are optimized for manufacturing costs and not for quality. Handmade products often have a better quality than mass-produced products.
And to be honest, an axe, a shovel and a pickaxe are not products that need a lot of hi-tech. Any blacksmith can make these tools for you.
Are you trying to tell us that industrial quality steel made in industrial furnaces, formed by using heavy machinery, constantly under quality control has a chance to be of lower quality then whatever you dug from under the dirt and thrown into your ad-hoc made forge klin out of stone without years of experience at all? That something was made in a factory doesn't say anything about the quality yet. Sure... how long ago was that axe made in a factory? If it was 20 years ago and its been sitting outside exposed to the elements and/or radiation then yes, it could be a lower quality. Are you trying to tell us that industrial quality steel made in industrial furnaces, formed by using heavy machinery, constantly under quality control has a chance to be of lower quality then whatever you dug from under the dirt and thrown into your ad-hoc made forge klin out of stone without years of experience at all?
You do realize the game isn't happening in China?
I'll go by the quality of FIREARMS and the fact that there is plenty of lights that are still on that it probably isn't even 2 years.Sure... how long ago was that axe made in a factory? Eh, maybe.... but without any documented evidence it's open to interpretation.I'll go by the quality of FIREARMS and the fact that there is plenty of lights that are still on that it probably isn't even 2 years.
Do you really believe in the myth of "Made in the USA" ? Most products on the market are made in China because they can be produced much cheaper. You do realize the game isn't happening in China?
I was just talking about tools. In my opinion you should not be able to make firearms yourself but only assemble them.I'll go by the quality of FIREARMS and the fact that there is plenty of lights that are still on that it probably isn't even 2 years.
For arguments sake, yes, there is a chance, but that case isn't relevant to the topic if q6 items.Sure... how long ago was that axe made in a factory? If it was 20 years ago and its been sitting outside exposed to the elements and/or radiation then yes, it could be a lower quality.
I was only referring to the comment...For arguments sake, yes, there is a chance, but that case isn't relevant to the topic if q6 items.
That 20 years-exposed-to-the-elements axe would be a quality-1 axe (or even just an axe part) in the game. You surely don't picture the legendary axe you find in the game to be rusted through to the core, right?
meaning, yes, you could craft a superior item to what you find. Are you trying to tell us that industrial quality steel made in industrial furnaces, formed by using heavy machinery, constantly under quality control has a chance to be of lower quality then whatever you dug from under the dirt and thrown into your ad-hoc made forge klin out of stone without years of experience at all?
You might have missed the RPG part, which is being pushed and advertised ever since 1st kickstarter promo vid.@Katitof This isn´t a MMO. Apples and oranges.
