no sound issue with 5.56 weapons pack (reloading sounds are fine though)

[SIZE=13.5px]Hey there, I am having an issue with 5.56 weapon mod. I have downloaded it and none of the guns have any sound and when I press f1 while it's loading it says there is no sounds.xml folder, and I checked in the folder, and it is there but it's just an empty/blank page. I have deleted and downloaded the whole mod countless times now and every time the sounds.xml file is blank. please help I don't know what I'm doing wrong....[/SIZE]

try download v2  . I have fixed the m16 sound that used the same name with the Tactical Action mod.
