Hey does anybody know why my server has huge cities that DO have roads BUT NO connecting random roads around the world, i changed the seed name and world size and it was the same.
PC No Roads?

8k maps seem to have roads connecting the cities, but 16k doesn't.
(mind you, on the seed I used, it doesn't matter, they are so close it's pretty much a ginormous city. (7km stretch))

I think it is seed dependent, I've seen this before on 8K maps. The only solution that I know of is to try another seed.
If you want a good RWG map, try Nitrogen. RWG is still fairly broken and IMNSHO not really playable. Nitrogen, made by one of the forum regulars here, will generate a very nice and playable map with a lot of choices, including more roads if you want. Take a look at it:
