No Hit Challenge, AKA OneShotKill. How many kills can you get without getting hit? Frantic Dan's playthrough

For those that don't know, #Glock9 challenged everyone to try and beat his personal best of 464 kills in a challenge he named OneShotKill.
The goal is to get as many kills as possible without taking a hit from any animal or zombie.

This is my playthrough on some of the most toughest settings in vanilla!
