No Beginning game quests and achievements page is blank

Started playing on a server and when I first loaded into the game I got none of my starter quests. Make an axe, plant fiber and so on.  When I go to my achievements page it is completely blank.  Has anyone encountered this and is it fixable?

As shown, the sticky will show you how to provide the information necessary to get help.  But the likely cause since you're on a server is that they are using some kind of mod that you don't have installed (or you have the wrong version installed).
