new visual weapon level system

It would be interesting to see in the game a visual difference between weapons by level. Let’s say the same baton from a level 1 pipe would be different from a baton from a level 6 pipe. The higher the level, the more the weapon resembles something similar to a weapon, and not like a homemade one. Or let's say a pistol. A level 1 pistol would be something like a pipe pistol, with improved reloading and the like, but the higher its level, the more it would look like a normal pistol.
