Never rain on dedicated server (but it does on SP)

Since 19.0 (and not 19.1) it never rain on dedicated server. But if I go single player world, It does rain.

 
hi, mm I already went through this and nobody could tell me, but in the end I was able to find the problem a long time ago. You have to download the "dedicated server" from steam! do not run the dedicated by the common game.😥



 
 
I noticed the same issue while using Steam's dedicated server. I do see snowing though.
