PC Neon Open Sign

Sorry if this is a stupid question but first is it possible to get one of those neon open signs and 2nd how do I get one? I can't seem to figure out how to build it (which I figure you can't) so do they just show up at traders? Thanks in advance.

You tried looking in the workbench? I'll be honest, I've never attempted to build the sign but I'd guess it would be in there.

It's not in the workbench, nor have I seen it at the traders.

Same. I haven't seen it at the traders either and I've looked at multiple traders multiple times.

the only to get that sign i through the creative menu. otherwise you can only scrap them with a wrench for electrical.

Demolish a place that has one and build around the sign.
