PC Need to have a Auto follow feature or ability to pick up and carry team mates

I might misunderstand what you mean exactly but this sounds like a "play the less interesting part of the game for me automaticly while afk".

You can already give people rides on vehicles.

Auto follow would be fine, though.  But it really isn't that necessary.  If someone doesn't want to drive around behind someone, they can ride with them and carry their vehicle.
