Need Some Help with Schematics !?

I'm trying to build my own mod, think 80 % is done, but the schematics scrrew me up, ggrr. set some recipes and items all looks good. If i start a game and look to the schematics , it say that i know all of them, where is my issues !?

After you make a new schematic, start a NEW game.

Hey, did this work for you? I made schematics of my own, created a new world, and they still show up as known. I want the items to be incredibly rare so them being known defeats their purpose.
