need help

ok when i started uo 7d2d to day i am getting huge CPU drops and my memory skyrockets to 100% and i have 16GB of ram. This happens when I am loading a every time i start up a save or start a new one. I am working aon a mod. any ideas how to fix it. oh how much ram does the game needs
