PC Name of Underground POI

I stumbled upon a great underground POI that had a huge underground that was next to a normal looking 2 story house.  Does anyone know the name of this POI?  Thanks.

Sadly it was in like A20 or A21 and I don't have the save anymore

There are two off the top of my head with 2 story houses having huge underground areas. 

The more details you can provide/remember may help narrow things down a bit.

Do you remember if there was a huge library on the 2nd floor?

Do you remember the purpose of the underground area? i.e. did it look more like a science-like/bunker type underground area? Or was it more of a religious/cult-like area?

A lot of pipes in a big room and you could get into from the house behind some wine barrels or outside through a hatch.

I haven't been in many of the underground ones in a while.  Is that the one with the entrance outside that is through the well?  I forget what it looks like inside.  There is one where the exit comes up through the porch.

This one was not in a well, just a hatch on ground.

Like a manhole cover hatch?  I know there was one or two where you come out of one when exiting.  They're locked until you unlock them from inside.

It was house_old_spanish I think. Not sure it's still the same now. Think it got renamed. Haven't looked for it in 1.0 yet.

Might have found it, The Serrano Residence.  Looks like it might have been updated??

Yeah, that looks like it. Was house_old_spanish_01, is now house_old_ranch_13.
