I had a run of bad luck on the tier 4 quests -- too many irradiated and not enough guns or ammo. So I gave it a break to get some guns and ammo. After the current update I went back to the trader and all he's offering me is Tier 2 quests. Was this the update and did it happen to anyone else? Or does failing missions and not doing missions affect your tier?
