When a player has the first level of the "Physician" skill (Intern), they can instantly cure sprains. This works correctly on oneself. However, when trying to cure another player's sprain using Splints or Casts via right-click, the item is consumed without curing the injury, allowing the player to infinitely use items and farm XP.
The item is consumed and XP is awarded, but the second player's sprain is not cured. This can be repeated indefinitely to exploit XP.
The sprain should be cured on the first attempt, and the item/XP loop should stop.

- Reproduction Steps
- Unlock the first level of the Physician skill (Intern).
- Have a second player get a sprain.
- Use a Splint or Cast on the second player using right-click.
