PC MOVING BACKPACK!

is there  a way too move your backpack or anything like that? or is it  stuck in the position it starts in always

Not sure if you are referring to you characters avatar backpack or the the window that opens with TAB but either way on those, no it can't be moved.

 
ahh ok i was wondering because i had a backpack mod for war of the walkers but it drops down over the toolbar and my resolution is 1920-1080 16.9 so thats why i was wondering couldnt play it that way because its a pain too get too the toolbelt lol
