Movement is stuttering and choppy whenever I play on my mate's direct server

Hey all, the title pretty much says it all. 

Whenever I play, movement of myself, zombies and other players is choppy and stuttering. I move a couple inches and half a second later TP to where I'm supposed to be. None of the other players are having this issue. I've cleaned my files twice, updated drivers, Uninstalled and re-installed, and I am at my wits end. Bear in mind, none of this was happening 2 days ago. Anything helps, I'm getting desperate and sad.

 
You could post a log and it might show the issue.  But if it was working fine before and now is not, it's likely a temporary network problem.  It may work fine tomorrow.  You can also just reboot and see if that solves the problem.

Can confirm, it was an issue with at&t
