Mouse sense / native input

Hello,  Im currently getting this error message from the launcher.



Running it direct from the executable works great.  Im trying to activate Use native input or lower the mouse sense.  My current setup, the lowest setting of .05 is still too high for me, I need to lower it further if possible.  Is anyone able to help me with this?

Someone recently had this exact error and fixed it by changing the xbl install folder location. They put it on and external usb drive.

I dont have a usb drive, and how do I change the Xbl install folder location?
