PC Mouse look lag ?

In A19 it feels like mouse-look now has some slight lag to it.  Not much but I can sense it.  Did anything change in the controls ?

Had that too.  Go into video settings and turn off motion blur.  It seams it's back on by default.

I noticed it was turned on by default, and thats the first thing I turned off.  I tried messing with the mouse sensitivity, but thats not it either.
