1) Suggest to add additional vehicle blocks/statics for 4x4 (without stand), motorcicle (without stand), (bicycle, minibike and motorcycle lying on the ground position), with damaged state (except gyrocopter which already is fine in damaged state!
2) They could miss some parts (like wheels, hull part, engine and etc) randomly and be spawned on roads/POI's, u could repair them with resources/materials to then use as vehicle! Same should be applied to other vehicles blocks foundable in the world!
3) Meanwhile, those vehicles would be removed from the recipes and wouldn't be craftable in player pockets as before!
In addition - remove option to pick them up and their "navobject icon by default"! They could be located nearby with special key (right lick to make vehicle honk) or just add special mod which would make them visible on compass only! Only cars could have option to lock/unlock!
