More usable vehicles

There are lots of vehicle blocks u can find on the roads while exploring the world

So i can suggest to increase vehicle arsenal for player by adding new fully functional vehicles with designs that were used in car helpers

They says no to more vehicles beyond the possible raft that faatal had worked on.  Maybe as a DLC.  It isn't just a matter of letting you use the junk cars.  There is a lot of work to convert them into usable vehicles.

If you are on PC, just get the Vehicle Madness mod.  It is a great option if you want more vehicles.
