more than 2 junk sledges to work simultaneously?

right now the Junk Sledge seems to only work 2 at a time. is there a way to mod it to have unlimited ones work at the same time?

 
nvm figured it out myself. its in progressions.xml:

<passive_effect name="JunkTurretActiveCount" operation="base_set" value="0"/>
