There are moments that the Molotov burns you just by selecting it, and it kills you.

Do someone knows under what conditions this happens? It is the third time we see it happen for her.
- There was not burning zombie or bird close by her, neither a fireplace or forge.
- She selected a molotov right after a knife ( she did not throw it ).
- She started burning ( unfortunately she ran out of water so could not stop it).
- She lost 81 HP by that burn ( very fast at the end).
- It is 100% vanilla, no mods, insane, always nightmare run, no modified configuration files.
We did not manage to collect any log.
Do someone else have similar experience with the molotov? It is frustrating in a permadeath run.
