[MODLET] SphereII's PG Modlet

To support players who do not wish to see the strippers' in game, the SphereII_PG13 modlet swaps out the stripper texture with the nurses' texture.

It also updates the trader's Dislike stance to be more Neutral.

To install, copy the SphereII_PG13 folder into your Games' Mods folder.
