[MODLET] A17 - Vulture Nerf

A simple modlet that reduces the damage dealt by the vulture.

It also reduces the chance to give an infection from 0.4 to 0.1, and removes the vomit attack completely, because WTF?

Extract this into the SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Mods folder.

This still works and is valid I use JaxTeller's version but they are very similar
