Mod to show Combat Damage Numbers

Hi all, new to the game and have been looking for a mod to show combat damage numbers, such as each time you hit a zombie, the amount of damage you inflict to be shown either in-game or maybe even logged to a console of some sort to be seen in real time.

Any know if this exists?
