Mod to change level requirement for the Bicycle in A17

Or does anyone know what XML file and what entry to change? Level 30 to get access to the bicycle is kinda harsh IMO.

Specifies to unlock the bicycle you need Greasemonkey level 1 which unlocks at intellect level 5. You can adjust the INT level required to unlock it to something lower to decrease the character level requirement. Such as INT level 1 or 2.

 
Adjust as you see fit. This will likely be what I use for my 'balancing' mod
