Missing Tier 5s in RWG

I hope it's something they can improve. My friends and I almost never get the Shotgun Messiah factory in RWG, rarely get the Hospital, and never get the Shamway Factory.
 
I have noticed as well that the T5 POIs Hospital, Shamway Factory, and Shotgun Messiah Factory never appear in my RWG maps anymore. But, like a few others have mentioned, there always seems to be several Pop N Pills Factories.

Something definitely changed with 2.x.

I really appreciate how thoroughly you broke this down, and your enthusiasm for the game!

While I am not able to go into full detail due to NDA, I can say that there are changes/fixes/updates in the works that may help address this in the future. For now, I am going to move this to Confirmed and mark it as closed / WIP while those changes are in progress.
