menu option to separate hold & toggle ADS

to see an option in the game menu that simply allows you to select either hold ADS or toggle ADS would be great, quite annoying if someone prefers to hold ADS and scope in and out quickly or to just quickly check an area without the toggle ADS kicking in, having them both on the same action is unique but a pain

Yes please. It's annoying especially when using a bow as it zooms out every time you fire. When using RMB as a toggle, it works, but I've always preferred holding the button down.

good point, didn't think of the bow which is awesome and fun, another reason to make this happen

There's a real difference in ease of aiming with hold vs toggle. Hold adds another level of tension which can make fine adjustments more difficult.

This comes down to whether they want you to be able to aim easily or increase tension.
