MEM crash after 15 minutes

Since 1.0 333 update my memory maxes after 15 minutes at the most. Ryzen 5500, 6650xt 8gb, 16gb ram all drivers up to date. Uninstalled 7 days, appdata saves and maps, uninstalled steam, system cleanup, dump reg, restart and clean DL and install both. All video settings off or low. pregen map in woods crashed the game in 10 minutes with 6gb vram usage. CPU and GPU utilization was under 10%. This is the log report I keep getting from the point it went wrong to crash.  Any help is appreciated.

Game still crashed after 2 minutes. Went to check the log and under data I found output logs dated in 2022. Apparently not everything uninstalled. I thought 19gb was awful small for a full DL. Don't know where it was hiding but will try again and see if it helps. Thanks for the response.

 
This time it was a 12.58gb DL..? My remapping and game settings were already set up on game opening so still, files not being replaced. 60 seconds from spawning in, 169FPS 1764Mb then the game crashed at 4984Mb with the same error.

Control panel uninstall, manual Appdata and common folder delete. searched C for 7 days and only found steams empty folder. System cleanup and restart twice before DL and install. Still not replacing the folder missing the file. Unless I am misinterpreting the log. Reverting to A21 to see if that still works cause I am out of ideas.

 
Open the game launcher from Steam. There is a button to disable the graphic jobs. Then click Runs and save as default.

Failing that...




 
I did a full wipe with revo uninstaller. Cleared all of the settings and even had to accept TFP terms. I had completely forgotten abought the launcher so I was looking in launch folders. DUH!  Just played for 40 minutes with no issues. I am sure all my reinstalling was pointless. Thanks for all the help.

Nice! Hopefully that was the case.

By the way if you use the game cleaning tool inside the launcher (go to the tools tab), checking everything will do the same job as Revo.

 
Played for a half hour this morning. Still on all default settings. Paused to turn off motion blur and the controller layout with 1.0 was driving me nuts. Applied settings, resume and game crashed. System restart spawned into game and crash. Reset to all default and ran flawless for another 30 minutes. Did one mapping change at a time and found resting vehicle controller mapping was the culprit. I don't have a vehicle yet being night 1. Game log showed a loop before crash. Appears to work with default vehicle controls.

Pure coincidence. Back to crashing with or without default mapping. I don't know if this is posting in the wrong place. If general is the wrong thread please move or direct me. first time using pastbin so hope this is working. https://pastebin.com/nRrHBYfi


Your game is closing with a lot of DirectX errors. The usual cause for this is invalid GPU drivers or DirectX. And the most common cause for that is MicroShaft installing bogus drivers with Windows updates.   Download the latest driver package from AMD and perform a clean install. Reboot a couple of times after it finishes. 

 
GPU driver was dated 6/15/24. Adrenalin last driver update was same day. Did clean adrenaline install, and verify driver update.  Direct x updates with windows update, correct?  Did a SFC/ scan. found and fixed errors. DDU found no GPU driver issues. Restarted twice after each step and still  can't get more than a minute into the game. Hardware monitor/GPU has six errors" device not migrated" from last march to last week. That's when I bio flashed my b450 and upgraded the CPU, but game crashing is new. The computer doesn't crash, just the game. Still have courser control and can jump over to windows, and open tabs. Tried Timber born, left 4 dead, forza, enshrouded and sniper elite all played fine with a half dozen tabs open in the background. 

 
Found the source of the problem. Played for 1.5 hours on the save that would freeze every 60 seconds. Adrenaline considers the alphas and 1.0,  two different games. Under the games tab I have 7 days at over 3000 hours but scrolling down there is a 7 days at under 2 hours. Turned off all of the default advances features like V sync, particles, shaders so forth.  I can eliminate from here to find the problem setting.  Hope this helps some else with the same  d3d11: failed to create staging 2D texture w=128 h=2 d3dfmt=10 [887a0005]   issue.

 
Every time I turn AMD fluid motion frames on, it crashes.  On is the default setting. 40 game  hours in with it off and no crashing.

 
Just responded to another user about this. Not sure if there's anything we can do on our end, I'll bring it up. That is spread across a lot of titles though with a lot of users along with AMD driver issues as of late.
