Medical items not applying properly when used on other players

A friend of mine had a laceration on their character. I have three points in Physician), so I used a First Aid Kit on him to heal his HP and fix the laceration. He started healing, but his character's laceration didn't go away. He ended up having to use a sewing kit on himself in order to cure it.

On another day, a different friend had a sprain and I applied a Splint to cure it, to no effect.

I know both Sewing Kits and First Aid Kits cure lacerations, and splints and casts cure sprains and breaks with 3 points into Physician, and I used to be able to cure those conditions on other players in previous builds of the game.

We have an existing ticket for this perk already awaiting action by a programmer. I went ahead and updated the ticket with your notes about level 3 to ensure we don't miss that portion. I am hopeful we will get a fix for this one soon.

Came back to update really quickly.

The laceration healing isn't a part of the Physician perk so all players should be able to use a first aid kit and/or sewing kit to fix it. However, the first-aid kit is the only one of the two that will apply a health countdown. Since it isn't related to the Physician perk, I created a separate ticket for this one.
